These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CareerVedas (the "Platform" or "Service"), including our website and mobile applications, operated by OdiTech Global Private Limited("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using CareerVedas, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you may use CareerVedas only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities performed under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
CareerVedas provides career guidance, counselling, and educational information. The content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, medical, or legal advice.
All content, logos, trademarks, and materials available on CareerVedas are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
CareerVedas allows users to book career counselling sessions and related services. Payments for such bookings may be processed through secure third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay.
CareerVedas does not store or process your card or banking details directly. Payment processing is handled by the respective payment gateway providers and is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Counselling services booked through the Platform are conducted either offline at designated locations or online through third-party communication platforms such as Google Meet. These services are fulfilled outside the CareerVedas application.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
