At CareerVedas, we aim to provide high-quality career counselling services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made through our website and mobile applications.

  1. Session Cancellation
    • Users may cancel a booked counselling session up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
    • If cancelled within the allowed time window, users may be eligible for rescheduling or refund as per this policy.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are generally not eligible for refunds.
  2. Refund Policy
    • Refunds are not provided once a counselling session has been attended, completed, or partially delivered.
    • Refunds may be issued if:
      • The session was cancelled within the allowed cancellation period.
      • The counsellor fails to attend the scheduled session.
      • Technical issues on our platform prevent session access.
  3. Service Delivery
    • Counselling services are conducted either offline at designated locations or online via third-party platforms such as Google Meet.
    • CareerVedas is responsible for booking facilitation but is not liable for failures caused by third-party platforms beyond our control.
  4. Payment Processing
    • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.
    • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  5. How to Request a Refund
    • Email us at careervedasofficial@gmail.com with your booking or transaction details.
    • If approved, refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days.
  6. Changes to This Policy
    • We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be effective once posted on this page.
