At CareerVedas, we aim to provide high-quality career counselling services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made through our website and mobile applications.
- Session Cancellation
- Users may cancel a booked counselling session up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
- If cancelled within the allowed time window, users may be eligible for rescheduling or refund as per this policy.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are generally not eligible for refunds.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds are not provided once a counselling session has been attended, completed, or partially delivered.
- Refunds may be issued if:
- The session was cancelled within the allowed cancellation period.
- The counsellor fails to attend the scheduled session.
- Technical issues on our platform prevent session access.
- Service Delivery
- Counselling services are conducted either offline at designated locations or online via third-party platforms such as Google Meet.
- CareerVedas is responsible for booking facilitation but is not liable for failures caused by third-party platforms beyond our control.
- Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- How to Request a Refund
- Email us at careervedasofficial@gmail.com with your booking or transaction details.
- If approved, refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Changes to This Policy
- We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be effective once posted on this page.
